Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a lovely experience. The rooms were spacious and offered amazing Matterhorn views, definitely worth the extra cost. The service was friendly and helpful, although it seemed like some staff members were not always available. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the lift and with a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn just outside the hotel. Dining options were good, especially for vegetarians, but some staff members seemed less enthusiastic. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was wonderful, clean bathrooms, good breakfast, and it was conveniently close to the ski bus stop. The view of the Matterhorn from my room was breathtaking. However, the room in the corner with a tall tree blocking the balcony wasn't ideal.
The hotel rooms were just so beautiful and very large, perfect for three people. The service was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was great, far from the city center but walkable to major attractions. The dining experience was serviceable, well-equipped, but could get repetitive for a longer stay.
My stay at the hotel was just what I needed after a tiring day on the slopes. The rooms, although small, were very comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing everything necessary for a great night's sleep. The breakfast served was delicious, offering a great choice for everyone. The only downside was not having a view of the Matterhorn.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel with a spectacular view of the Matterhorn from my room. The rooms were well-equipped with excellent storage space, a TV, a great shower, and a cozy desk and chair setup. The only downside was the wall-to-wall carpets, which might not be suitable for those with allergies.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a nice balcony and an ideal view of Matterhorn. The warm and accommodating service makes you feel really welcome, although there were instances of rudeness. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the center and the lifts, providing a quality experience. The dining experience, while having a wide spread, could improve in catering to specific dietary needs. Overall, a great stay with some areas for enhancement.
